Privacy

We do not keep your footage. A clip you upload exists on our servers only long enough to render your story — it is deleted automatically within 24 hours of upload, and a finished video is deleted 24 hours after it is ready for download. Nothing about that is optional or manual; it is how the service is built.

What we keep

• Your account: your name and your WhatsApp number. There is no password — you sign in with a code we send on WhatsApp.
• Your workspace: channel name, brand colours, logo, sponsor details, and the templates you customise.
• Your stories: the headline, place, sponsor choices and timings for each story — a few kilobytes of text. Not the video.
• Usage: how many minutes each story took to render, so we can show you your bill line by line.

What we do not keep

• Uploaded clips, beyond the 24 hours needed to render them.
• Rendered videos, beyond 24 hours after they are ready.
• Card or bank details. The service is free; we never ask for payment information.

Who can see your workspace

Only people you invite. Each workspace is isolated from every other at the database level; a member of one channel cannot see, list or render another channel's stories, sponsors or brand.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Deleting your account

Ask us and we delete the workspace, its members, brand, sponsors, templates and stories. Because footage is never kept, there is no footage to delete.
