Terms of service

White Banger News turns a clip you upload into a branded news video. These terms are short because the service is simple; the parts that matter most are in bold.

Your content

You own what you upload and what we render for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the footage, logos, sponsor material and text you put into a story. We do not review content and we do not claim any rights over it.

What we promise

• Your uploaded clip is deleted within 24 hours; your rendered video within 24 hours of being ready. We do not keep your footage.
• Your stories, brand and sponsors are kept until you delete them or close the workspace.
• Only people you invite can see your workspace.

Plans and minutes

Plans are measured in rendered minutes per calendar month. A render that fails is never counted. When a month's minutes are used up, exports pause until the month resets or the plan changes; nothing is deleted. Your usage page shows every render that counted, story by story.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload material you have no right to use, or material that is unlawful where you publish it.
• Do not use the service to impersonate another channel or organisation.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules. We will tell you why.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available around the clock and to render a 15-minute story in under four minutes. We do not guarantee either. If an export fails because of us, it is not counted against your minutes.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
